PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

**Please note that your passport must be valid for at least 6 months!!
1. Payment can be done by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club.
Electonic cards like Visa Electron or A.T.M are not accepted.
2. Your credit card will be charged by us, and the suppliers will receive a voucher from us covering the services you have booked.
3. Your credit card will be automatically debited in full 7 days before arrival.
4. Services can be cancelled with no penalties up to 3 full working days (Sunday to Thursday) prior to expected start of services, except for US$ 50 administration fees per room.
5. Cancellations made within 3 working days of check-in are subject to a penalty equal to 2 nights stay fee.
6. For non show there is a penalty equal to 3 nights fee.
7. No refunds for unused services.
During High Season, Jewish holidays and Christmas/New Year the following is The Payment and Cancellation Policy:
1.Your credit card will be charged by us, and the suppliers will receive a voucher from us covering the services you have booked.
2. Deposit of 50% will be automatically debited upon confirmation of services.
3. The balance due will be automatically debited 30 days before arrival.
4. Services can be cancelled with no penalties up to 30 full working days (Sunday to Thursday) prior to expected start of services, except for US$100 administration fees per room.
5. Cancellations made within 30 working days of check-in are subject to a penalty equal to 4 nights stay fee.
6. For non show there is a 100% penalty.
7. No refunds for unused services.

A reservation will only be considered cancelled if you have a cancellation number from our reservation center.
We are open Sundays - Thursdays 08:00am until 5:00pm. Fridays and Saturdays our office is closed the whole day.

Tourist is a person who entered Israel with a foreign passport and his passport was stamped with Visa class B1, B2 or B3.
All other persons entering Israel including those with dual citizenship are subject to 16.5% V.A.T.
